Ragi Jaggery Ladoos

Healthy Nachni / Ragi ladoos for my Ganpati Bappa 😊

I feel Ragi is highly underrated as compared to other millets…it tastes really good after roasting it..and so I will be posting some really good Ragi recipes soon.

Starting with these healthy ladoos.


  1. Ragi flour – 1 cup
  2. Peanut powder & sesame powder – 1/2 cup
  3. Dedicated coconut- 1/4 cup
  4. Elaich powder – 2 tsp
  5. Jaggery powder – 200grams
  6. Ghee – 4 tablespoons

  7. In ghee roast ragi flour till you get the aroma now add jaggery powder mix well quickly and turn off the gas.

  8. Meanwhile keep ready dry roasted peanut, coconut , sesame powder.

  9. Now add the above mixture to the ragi and jaggery mixture and mix well. Remove it in a dry plate.

  10. Start making round balls.

Add more melted ghee if needed to make round ladoos.
