For the pizza base I used warm water, dry active yeast, salt and sugar.
Take a cup of warm water and add teaspoon sugar, mix well and add 2 teaspoon yeast and let it rest for 25mins.
Now in a bowl take 2 cups of all purpose flour add salt.
Once the yeast water becomes frothy start adding it to the flour to knead a soft dough.
Now add 1 tablespoon of oil and knead it again.
Make a big ball of it and sprinkle it with oil and cover it for 2 hours.
Once the size becomes double sprinkle flour and again knead it. Let it rest for 20mins and start making pizza base with hands. 💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫
For the pizza sauce I mixed these 3 things:
6 tablespoon of Tomato ketchup
2 tablespoon of Chings Schezwan sauce @chingssecret
1 tablespoon of Kolhapuri Thecha 😋
Spread mixture of this sauce on the pizza base add topping of your choice and some grated cheese.
Bake it for 35mins on 180 Degrees.
